We are proud to share that our portfolio company Securitize, the industry-leading infrastructure platform for tokenizing real-world assets, has entered into a definitive business combination agreement that will take the company public, valuing Securitize at approximately US$1.25 billion pre-money.

This represents a major moment — not just for Securitize, but for the broader digital asset ecosystem. By becoming publicly listed, Securitize will be the first end-to-end tokenization infrastructure company of its kind in the U.S., signalling growing institutional adoption and the transition of tokenized securities from niche to mainstream.

• Expected public listing on Nasdaq under the ticker “SECZ.”
• Backed by leading global institutions such as BlackRock, ARK Invest, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Apollo Global Management, KKR, VanEck, among others.
